Our privacy policy is in line with UK and EU GDPR requirements.

ColourWave Glass will only use your details for the following:

Contact via email - initiated by customer

Sending invoices and receipts and collecting details so that we can dispatch your order to you.

  • Accepting payment for your order online through Shopify, via Paypal, Paypal card reader or direct bank transfer.
  •  Shipping your order via DPD, Royal Mail, ParcelForce or other courier.

The details that are required for shipping are:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Postcode

And so that the delivery company can send you a notification and tracking details of your delivery:

  • a phone number
  • and email address

Your details and information you provide will NOT be used for any of the following:

  • Marketing
  • Advertising
  • Passed onto Third Party companies

Any future marketing activities will require an authorisation opt-in before any information is sent.

All details given on purchases will be stored securely on a UK - located computer for six years as per HMRC six year tax receipts rule. The only details held are as follows:

Name, address and postcode
