ColourWave Glass - Deliveries, Returns, Breakages & Refunds
Deliveries
All items purchased in the Shop will normally be dispatched within 1-4 working days from the UK. Delivery will be via a suitable delivery company, and a tracking number will be forwarded to you. Currently, we are shipping to the UK, with plans to expand to the EU and USA shortly. If you would like to order from outside of these areas, please get in touch first, and we will advise on shipping costs.
Please be aware that customers ordering ColourWave Glass products to be shipped outside the UK may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees. These charges are determined by the customs authorities in your country. These additional costs must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
You are entitled to cancel this purchase if you wish, provided you exercise your right no later than 14 days after the day on which you receive the products. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract prior to order dispatch, please contact us here.

Breakages
We take great care in packaging your item to minimise the risk of breakage during transit. Each piece is packaged in a box, which is then placed in a second strong outer box with suitable void fill packaging in between.
If for any reason your piece does arrive broken, please contact us with details and photos, and we will arrange to either replace the item or give you a full refund. Fortunately, so far, we have not had any breakages, thanks to our careful packaging.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for purchasing postage from a suitable delivery company. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the goods were returned in good condition. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
